Lectured at the University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Nigeria; Egerton University, Njoro, Kenya; Moi University, Eldoret, Kenya; National University of Lesotho, Lesotho; and University of the Free State, Bloemfontein, Republic of South Africa. Serves in the Editorial Board of several International Journals. Served as Research Fellow of the German Academic Exchange Programme at George August University Göttengen, Germany in 1993; Executive Director of FORSEE Consultants.
Prof. Korwa G. Adar
Prof. Korwa G. Adar is the Director of Research (Area Studies) at the Africa Institute of South Africa, Pretoria. He holds an MS in Political Science from Indiana State University, Indiana, USA and an MA and Ph.D. in International Studies from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, USA. He has taught at universities in Kenya, South Africa, and the United States. He is an accomplished author, and is the author and co-editor of numerous books such as Globalization and Emerging Trends in African States' Foreign Policy-Making Process: A Comparative Perspective of Southern Africa (2002); Globalization and Emerging Trends in African States Foreign Policy-Making Process: A Comparative Perspective of Eastern Africa (2007); Somalia Peace Process: Challenges and Future Prospects for the Reconstruction and Restoration of Legitimacy (2006); Sudan Peace Process: Challenges and Future Prospects (2004); The State of Readiness of African Parliaments on the Eve of the Pan African Parliament (2004); The United States and Africa: From Independence to the End of the Cold War (1995); Kenyan Foreign Policy Behavior Towards Somalia, 1963-1983 (1994).
